Bay Diagnostic Is Open – Our Response To Covid-19

At Bay Diagnostic, we want our customers to know that we remain open for business during the COVID-19 outbreak. New York has been hit particularly hard by the spread of the virus, and we want to ensure that we do our part to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 while also remaining open as an essential business to our community.

For the health and welfare of all, we are limiting our hours and will be CLOSED on Saturdays (until further notice). For more information regarding our hours, please give us a call.

It is our top priority to keep our customers and our staff members safe and healthy. While we are still servicing vehicles, we are taking extra measures and precautions to ensure that our work stations and lobby areas are constantly disinfected and cleaned. We are also using gloves while working on vehicles and disinfecting your vehicle when it enters and leaves our shop.

Additionally, if you are unable to drive your vehicle to our shop or would prefer contactless service, we will be happy to pick up your vehicle from you, perform your vehicle’s services and take payment over the phone, and then return your vehicle to you. It’s called our CONCIERGE SERVICE and it is at no charge for our customers!
