Store Manager:
You believe in developing growth in positive team members and creating high customer satisfaction. You and your team will strive to provide customers with individual solutions to their tire and other vehicle service needs.

Service Advisor:
You are responsible for identifying the needs of the customer’s vehicle both from the customer directly and through our initial diagnostic inspection. You will prepare written estimates for any work the vehicle needs and then present them to the customer honestly and complete progress checks with both your technicians and any vendors providing replacement parts.

Service Technician:
You understand why we need a strong relationship with all of our customers. You ideally have at least 5 years of industry experience as a technician and know the ins and outs of European-made vehicles and their unique maintenance plans and needs. Your success and development in this position and moving upwards will hinge largely on your own work ethic and desire to succeed in the industry.

An entry-level position designed for recent trade school graduates looking for experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the shop appearance, express maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid changes and filter replacements and valet services. You will also be asked to assist mechanics, as they need.
