My name is Michael Keane and I recently had my 2004 Subaru Forrester fixed at your shop. I wanted to drop you a note because I am dumbfounded that there is still a mechanic shop in the 5 boros that is as competent and professional as you guys! I called and was told to bring the car in the very next day... The problem was diagnosed correctly (another mechanic was ready to put in a new drive axel..) and once the parts arrived my car was in and out in hours! Your manager Allen was helpful and professional... I'm sure you're thinking you just did your job... But your kind of professionalism no longer exists in this city. Thanks...

Dear Jordan, The rave reviews of friends that led me to your shop were all true! It's been 5 days since you identified and fixed the problem causing my check engine light to come on and I feel confident that you nailed the problem. This after a year of visiting so-called mechanics who, using a trial and error approach, replaced various components -- none of which was the culprit. I am truly impressed with your expertise and the high quality work that you do. You have made a customer for life and I intend to spread the word to my friends and neighbors. It's worth the trip from Belle Harbor to Brooklyn to know that things are done right!

Dear Jordan, Just wanted to say "thanks" for doing such a great job with my car. The dented door that you fixed looks great, and the car has been running smoothly. Your service (including the pick-up and drop-off) was nothing short of excellent. Thanks again, I really appreciate it! And keep up the good work!!

Hi All,
I picked my car up today with a big smile. This is only the third time I have been excited about a new (to me) car in my 56 years. If you are interested, the first time was my first brand new car, a Mazda MX-6 approx 1994 and I was still excited every time I drove it. Second was my next brand new car, a Mini Cooper S 2001. Same long term happiness.
Today, mixed emotions. I bought the car (no Owner's Manual) on Long Island (suburbs for those of you not familiar with New York area) and began the drive of 50 miles to Brooklyn. All was fine until I noticed a warning that a rear light was not working. I had always intended to have a post PPI-thanks for explaining PPI-and as I was in the neighborhood decided to stop by http://www.baydiagnostic.com/ . The shop was recommended on bimmershops.com but my previous experiences with mechanics in Brooklyn has not been great.
It was 4:30 pm and they had finished work for the day but told me to drive it in. Immediately Jordan (co/owner I believe) let me know that I had a bigger problem than a non functioning rear light. the car was overheating. With all I have read on this forum re Cooling systems I was, to say the least, concerned.
For the next 90 minutes Jordan and two of his mechanics allowed the engine to cool, refilled the radiator, checked the hoses and connections, pressure tested the radiator and pronounced me good to go. I then asked Jordan what I owed him and he told me not to worry about it !!!!!!!! I went into the office and, despite his partner's objections, insisted on putting 20 bucks in the jar.
This kind of service demands recognition and commendation. I would be amazed at this happening anywhere. But for this to occur in New York has not only made me feel so much better about owning a high maintenance car but also gone a little way to restoring my faith in humanity.
Once again my thanks for your posts and if you live in the NYC/Long Island area please pass this on.
